Nippon TV, Japan’s leading multiplatform entertainment powerhouse, announces that its in-house-developed intuitive on-device AI solution, GoVertical! AiDi (“AiDi”), has won the Product of the Year Award in the Streaming category, an official award of NAB Show 2026, one of the world’s largest broadcast equipment exhibitions, held in Las Vegas, USA.
The NAB Show Product of the Year Award is an official honor presented by NAB (the National Association of Broadcasters) to innovative and promising products showcased at an exhibition that brings together top-tier technologies and equipment from around the world.
Achieves Double Win with TV Tech’s Best of Show Award
AiDi is distinguished by its ability to perform real-time, on-device processing without requiring an internet connection, as well as by its intuitive interface designed to meet real-world on-site production needs. The award recognized AiDi’s capability to automatically track subjects in live video and generate smartphone-optimized vertical (9:16) footage in real time.
In addition, during the NAB Show, AiDi also received the Best of Show Award from TV Tech, a leading industry trade publication, achieving a double win across major awards.
