On the Day
Nippon TV gave a presentation titled “On the External Sales Business Expansion of Broadcast Station-Developed Technologies—AI Solution AiDi,” introducing examples of in-house developed AI technologies being applied across other industries.
AI technologies honed at the forefront of broadcasting are not only effective in addressing challenges unique to the industry—such as video analysis and automated editing—but are also being utilized in a wide range of fields, including safety support in the automotive industry, efficiency improvements in transportation infrastructure, disaster prevention measures by local governments, learning support in educational institutions, and operational improvements in retail stores.

We received numerous questions and strong interest from participants regarding these use cases. It was an invaluable opportunity to exchange views on how technologies developed within a broadcast station can contribute to society beyond the framework of the broadcasting industry.
We would like to thank everyone who attended the event. We will continue to advance our technologies and embrace new challenges.
