AiDi Automates Venue Vision Display at X Games Osaka 2025!
From June 20 to 22, 2025, X Games Osaka 2025 was held at Kyocera Dome Osaka. Originally launched in the U.S. in 1995, the X Games is the world’s largest international action sports competition. Through the sports network ESPN, the X Games have been broadcast to over 500 million households across 192 countries (according to the X Games website), thrilling more than 6 million attendees in 13 countries.
During X Games Osaka 2025, viztrick AiDi’s image recognition and data integration technologies were utilized to implement an intelligent venue vision display.

Challenges Solved with AiDi’s Real-Time Image Recognition Function!
Because the X Games is an international competition, all captions and graphics displayed on the venue screens are presented in English, making it difficult for domestic spectators to immediately follow the athletes’ current rankings.
To ensure that every guest attending could enjoy the experience to the fullest, AiDi was introduced as a solution.
On the Day
Athlete information—such as names, nationalities, and rankings—originally displayed in English, was read using AiDi’s image recognition technology, automatically translated into Japanese, and successfully shown in real time on the right-side vision screen.
Additionally, the entire operation was conducted remotely between Kyocera Dome Osaka, the event venue, and Nippon TV headquarters in Shiodome, Tokyo. This remote setup enabled significant cost reductions in staffing and equipment transport, while also allowing for rapid response to unexpected issues.
Even organizers expressed their satisfaction, saying, “Thanks to this system, the tournament became remarkably more user-friendly for the audience gathered at Kyocera Dome.”
